We had such a great experience at Kado’s Asian Fusion! The BYOB was fresh, flavorful, and packed with options that made it fun to customize. The chicken teriyaki bowl was amazing, the chicken was tender with the perfect amount of sweet and savory glaze that paired so well with the rice and veggies. Well, it’s definitely clear why this place has all 5 star reviews - IT’S THAT GOOD! I got Melyssa’s Favorite bowl (teriyaki flank steak, rice, salad and jalapeños - one of the specials) and it was so flavorful - the teriyaki flank steak recipe was, I believe, her Great Grandfather’s recipe. When we walked in we were ... greeted by Melyssa and we were able to order easily. Also got to say a quick hi to her mother, the chef. They’ve got a great thing going here. Finally made my way to KAF and it did not disappoint. My husband and I ordered the Katsu Sandwich (crispy and juicy topped with arugula and delicious sauce), Stink Spirit’s Bathwater fries (yummy garlic mayo sauce), Otani Tacos (the slaw on top was delicious), & the BYOB with Teriyaki beef, Kado Special Chicken with ... stir fry udon noodles & Arugula salad and vegetables. There is a reason this place is 5 stars. It’s so good! They gave us a free sample of their garlic fries. Everything has so much flavor, we got the bowls which are phenomenal. Environment is clean and remodeled, the workers are really nice and serve the freshest food!

We ordered the Kado Roll, Chicken Katsu, and the 1/2 Kado Special Chicken and 1/2 Teriyaki Chicken Salad Bowl, and each dish was absolutely delicious. The roll was fresh and flavorful, the chicken katsu was crispy and tender, and the 1/2 kado special chicken ... and 1/2 teriyaki chicken salad bowl was perfectly seasoned and satisfying. Delicious food with unique options and decent portions. I had a chicken bowl with all of the fixings. The temperature of the food wasn’t warm enough for me. It might have been because of the sauce or other toppings I added to my bowl. Maybe I'd order less sauce next time. I was attracted by the snow cone sign outside ... and was disappointed to learn that the snow cones aren't available all day.
